Wild Night Out 2023
Thursday, October 5, 2023

We invite you to Washington Wild's annual celebration, Wild Night Out! Meet and mingle with fellow conservation advocates as we recognize this year's award winners and the organization's accomplishments.

Purchase Your Tickets Here!

Your purchased tickets, donations, and winning auction bids go directly to supporting our work and allow us to focus on what we do best: bringing people together in the vigorous defense of our remaining wild forests, waters, and wildlife. From expanding Wilderness and Wild and Scenic River protections on the Olympic Peninsula, to safeguarding our outstanding rivers such as the Green, Cascade, and Napeequa, to defending Motorized Suction Dredge Mining bans in critical salmon habitat, the funds raised from Wild Night Out support our work all year long.

"We need wild places for the health of ecosystems, human and non-human relatives, Indigenous ways of knowing and being, and our shared Earth home. We also need wild places for the lessons they teach us: what it means to be human, to be a part of the world, to be. The greatest lesson I’ve learned along the trail is that wild places don’t stay wild by accident. We need stalwarts who will defend and advocate for our forests, rivers, mountains, prairies, and deserts. People who do this work so that we can all thrive. People like the staff and volunteers of Washington Wild. People like you."

— Amy Gulick, recipient of WA Wild’s 2022 Conservation Voices Award. A conservation photographer and writer, Amy is the author of The Salmon Way: An Alaska State of Mind and Salmon in the Trees: Life in Alaska's Tongass Rain Forest.

In addition to our in-person event, we will also be hosting an online auction that will run from Monday, October 2nd through Sunday, October 8th.
